Ecolight OÜ is an engineering and financing company specialized in renovating professional lighting systems, in order to help its clients to cut down on energy costs. Ecolight updates your old and inefficient lighting system and pays for the big investment needed, while you can concentrate on your core business. Thanks to the significant energy saving potential in LED lighting technology, the saved costs in energy bills will finance the investment itself – with a payback time of only few years.
Customers
Our customers are companies who are using large, yet out of date lighting systems, with long working hours. Their lighting technologies are not energy efficient, therefore significant cost reduction on energy can be expected from renovation. Nevertheless, our experience shows, that such companies don’t want to take additional risks by investing their own assets into renovation, even when knowing the potential. But they are interested in buying guaranteed results – to save energy and use to use modern lighting.
Projects
Every project starts with thorough consultation between us and customer. We determine current energy consumption with lighting, the type and number of luminaires in use and also the period when artificial lighting is in use (daily, monthly, yearly). After we have gathered all the date we will make standard-based lighting simulation to have optimized number and type of luminaires that will be installed. LED lighting fixtures have the option to use different optics to direct light beams where needed and with that decrease glare factor – lighting simulation is the basis of every project.
Technology
Ecolight is using LED-technology based luminaires, which are mainly produced in Korea and EU, where quality is the main criteria. Our manufacturers are also subcontractors for well-known worldwide companies such as Osram Sylvania etc. The products are tested and suitable for our customer needs. All products used in the “energy service package” have 5 year manufacturer warranty and it covers also the aging of luminaires – which is very unique among manufacturers. The high quality of the products is our core value and also the main insurance on our side of the contract.
Financing
Ecolight is installing energy efficient professional lightning 1systems. Our financial capital needs for every project is 15 000 – 50 000 €. The investment payback time is between 2-5 years, which mainly depends on the clients’ working hours of lighting and slightly on the age of old lighting fixtures in use. During that period we are billing every customer monthly and these sales will exceed our monthly loan payment 75%.
